On June 1, 2010, the City of Fort Lauderdale launched a new
Utility Billing System. All customers, new and existing,
must activate or reestablish their online accounts using the
new account number provided on their Municipal Service Bill.

Currently, customers with multiple accounts are assigned a
unique customer number for each individual account.
For example, if you have two accounts with the City,
one residential and one business or you are a landlord
that owns multiple properties, you will be assigned individual
customer account numbers for each property. To access account
information or pay your bill, you will be required to sign in to
each account separately.
If you prefer to manage all of your accounts online at the
same time, using only one customer number, please contact a
