Log In to Your Online Access Account

On June 1, 2010, the City of Fort Lauderdale launched a new Utility Billing System. All customers, new and existing, must activate or reestablish their online accounts using the new account number provided on their Municipal Service Bill. Click here to activate your account.

Currently, customers with multiple accounts are assigned a unique customer number for each individual account. For example, if you have two accounts with the City, one residential and one business or you are a landlord that owns multiple properties, you will be assigned individual customer account numbers for each property. To access account information or pay your bill, you will be required to sign in to each account separately.

If you prefer to manage all of your accounts online at the same time, using only one customer number, please contact a Utility Billing customer service representative at 954-828-5150. A customer service representative will link all of your accounts together for easy online access.

Please enter your EMAIL ADDRESS or ACCOUNT NUMBER exactly as it appears on your Municipal Service Bill and the Personal Identification Number (PIN) you selected when you activated your account.
