FULL OF STAGNANT WATER. IT HAS AN
ACCUMULATION OF TRASH OR DEBRIS. THE
POOL IN THIS CONDITION IS A PUBLIC
NUISANCE.
I POSTED A NUISANCE VIOLATION NOTICE
ALLOWING 10 DAYS TO TREAT THE STAGNANT
WATER IN THE POOL AND REMOVE ANY TRASH
OR DEBRIS. RESTORE POOL TO A CLEAN,
CLEAR CONDITION. MAINTAIN REGULARLY.
TAKE THE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO MAINTAIN
THE POOL AND PREVENT THE POOL WATER FROM
BECOMING A THREAT TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY,
HEALTH OR WELFARE.
