Activate Online Access to Your Account

Help with Activating Online Access

The following process will activate online access to your Municipal Services accounts for paying your utility bill and viewing account history.

You only need to complete this process once to access your Municipal Service account.  If you have more than one account you will be able to access all of your accounts using a single log in.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACTIVATING ONLINE ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNTs:

  1. Complete the form below to verify your account and email information.

  2. Once you have completed the form, submit your account information by clicking the 'Continue’ button. An email message will be automatically sent from City of Fort Lauderdale Municipal Services to the email address you supply below. This message contains a link to take you to the next activation step.

    Please be sure to check your email after submitting your account information.

Enter your ACCOUNT NUMBER and SERVICE ADDRESS exactly as they appear on your Municipal Service Bill.  For help locating this information on your Municipal Service Bill, Click Here.
